1. Purpose
Design Mania Limited, trading as Moth Mode Software, uses carefully selected third-party service providers (“subprocessors”) to help operate MixMemora. This page lists the key subprocessors that may process personal data on our behalf. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
2. Current subprocessors

|---|---|---|
| Vercel Inc. | Web application hosting and serverless infrastructure | United States / global edge |
| MongoDB, Inc. (MongoDB Atlas) | Application database for accounts, projects, notes, tasks, and related metadata | EU (AWS eu-west-1, Ireland) |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | R2 object storage for media/files; Turnstile abuse prevention where used | Global |
| Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL / Amazon Cognito | User authentication and identity (principally eu-west-2, London) | United Kingdom / EEA |
| Stripe Payments UK Ltd / Stripe, Inc. | Subscription billing, trials with payment method, customer portal | United Kingdom / United States / EEA |

Some providers act as independent controllers for parts of their service (for example Stripe for payment compliance, or Google/Apple for your social login account). Microsoft may process data if Windows downloads WebView2 on plugin install; that is governed by Microsoft's policies.
3. Updates
We may update this list from time to time as we change infrastructure. Material additions will be reflected here and, where appropriate, noticed to business customers under a separate data processing agreement.
